These terms describe use of the AskDeven website and coaching chat. Read them together with the Privacy Policy and the purchase terms shown at Whop checkout.
The service
AskDeven provides AI generated guidance about YouTube content and channel decisions, drawing on coaching material. The current membership focuses on chat. Automated video review, editing software and channel tracking are not included unless your purchase explicitly says otherwise.
Answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Source references help explain the basis of an answer, but do not guarantee that it is accurate or that a recommendation will work for your channel. You are responsible for reviewing guidance before acting on it. AskDeven does not guarantee views, monetization eligibility, revenue or business results, and is not YouTube or Google.
Accounts and paid access
Chat requires an active membership verified through Whop. The website uses Google sign in. Google creates or recognizes your AskDeven account. A verified Whop purchase unlocks paid access. Signing in does not replace membership verification.
Protect your login and do not share access passes, resell account access or bypass membership checks and usage limits. Your session can expire and require another sign in.
Purchases, renewals and refunds
Payments are processed through Whop. The price, currency, billing period, renewal arrangements and any refund terms shown at checkout govern your purchase. Review those details before paying. This website does not promise a free trial or an additional refund guarantee.
Manage your purchase and any subscription cancellation through Whop. Signing out, disconnecting Google or requesting data deletion does not cancel a subscription. For a billing or refund question, use the seller contact or purchase support options associated with your AskDeven purchase. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your content and responsible use
Submit only material you have permission to share. You retain your rights in your submitted content and allow its processing and storage as needed to provide the chat and conversation features described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, expose someone else’s private information without authorization, interfere with the service or attempt to access another member’s conversations. Respect applicable platform rules and intellectual property rights.
Availability and limits
Usage limits apply and may be displayed in your account or purchase terms. Service interruptions and maintenance can occur. An inactive membership or a reached usage limit can prevent additional chat requests. Access controls remain in effect regardless of which login provider you use.
