This policy describes the AskDeven website and member coaching chat from Deven Seenath. It covers the information involved in signing in, connecting Google, buying access and using chat.
Information used by the service
Member accounts. AskDeven uses your Whop account identifier, name, email and membership information to identify your account and check access. Account records include membership dates and usage counts.
Optional Google connection. When you sign in with Google, AskDeven receives basic identity information, including your Google account identifier and email and the profile information authorized at sign in. The service uses that Google identity to create or recognize your AskDeven account. A separate Whop purchase provides paid membership. Signing in alone does not grant paid access.
Chat. Your questions, conversation context, generated answers and source references are processed by the coaching service. Conversations are stored against your member account so the service can retain conversation history. Do not submit passwords, payment card details or private information about other people that you are not authorized to share.
How information is used and shared
Account information supports authentication, membership checks and account connections. Conversation information is sent to the AI service to generate coaching answers. Usage records support service limits.
Whop handles checkout and membership records. Google handles optional Google authentication. AskDeven’s backend runs on Railway and uses Anthropic’s Claude API for AI answers. The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. These providers process the information needed for their part of the service under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Google identity information is used for account linking and authentication, rather than advertising or training the coaching AI. Signing in with Google for chat does not grant AskDeven access to Gmail, Google Drive or YouTube revenue analytics. Any future integration requiring additional permissions will require a separate authorization.
Storage and security
Account and conversation records are stored on the backend’s persistent storage. They are not erased simply by closing a browser, signing out or allowing a membership to expire. AskDeven uses HTTPS and an expiring member pass for authenticated requests; the AI service secret is not placed in browser code.
The website stores the expiring member pass in browser local storage so you can return without signing in again until the pass expires or you log out. It also stores interface preferences, such as sound settings, in your browser. Clearing browser storage signs you out or resets those preferences; it does not delete backend records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion requests
The website offers Google sign in only. Contact support for help with your account or Google identity association. Removing a connection does not cancel Whop billing or delete conversations. You can also review AskDeven’s permissions in your Google account.
For access, correction, retention or deletion requests, contact AskDeven through the seller contact channel associated with your Whop purchase. Identify your member account, but do not send passwords or login tokens. Whop and other providers manage their own records separately; deleting AskDeven data does not itself cancel billing or delete those providers’ records.
Contact and updates
